Julia received her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2016 from Iona College. Julia started her career in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition in the non profit sector as a Staffing Specialist. In 2018, Julia transitioned to the private sector and joined Douglas Elliman Property Management as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where she oversaw the full cycle recruitment process for DEPM’s managed properties. Julia joined The Quest Organization in July 2021, where she utilizes her HR/Recruiting knowledge to assist in recruiting in various industries across the US.
